Couple and dog rescued from flooded field in dark
Two people and a dog have been rescued after becoming stranded in a flooded field.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called when it was getting dark after several unsuccessful attempts by the couple to rescue themselves.
Crews from Carmarthen, Aberystwyth, Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul went to the scene in Henllan, Ceredigion, after a 999 call on Saturday
Firefighters used a safety sled, throw lines and lighting to take them to safety and left the scene almost three hours after the call.
