'People with Down's syndrome are amazing'
When Joel was born, social media did not exist and his mum Clare said she did not know anyone who had Down's syndrome.
She said she posts videos of Joel's achievements to help other families who have children with Down's syndrome feel connected.
Clare Cerasuolo began sharing videos of Joel's achievements because she wants people to "see how amazing people with Down's syndrome are".
In the weeks since joining the platform these glimpses into their mother-son relationship have won them more than 42,000 followers and Joel is clearly thrilled with his new status as a local celebrity.
