Photo album the 'one thing to survive' e-bike fire

The sister of a man whose flat was severely damaged after an electric bike caught fire said finding a photo album in the ruins was "mind-blowing".
Suffolk Fire and Rescue service sent four appliances to Beaconsfield House in Surrey Street, Lowestoft at about 09:52 GMT on Tuesday.
Courtney Buckenham, 25, set up a fundraiser for her brother Brandon after almost everything was destroyed in the fire.
She said: "The one thing that survived was photos with our mum and nan, who have both sadly passed away."

She described the photos' survival as "absolutely incredible".
Her brother had found somewhere to stay and was "absolutely overwhelmed" with the support offered to him online, she said.
"It has been so nice to see actually how well people in Lowestoft come together."
The fire service said it believed the blaze was caused by a charging electronic bike's battery overheating.
No-one was injured and the remains of the bike were taken away for further examination.
