M54 weekend closures continue for concrete repairs

Drivers are being warned of more disruption over the weekend due to ongoing concrete repairs on the M54.

The eastbound carriageway between junction three for Cosford and junction two for Wolverhampton would be closed from 20:00 GMT on Friday, National Highways said.

The carriageway would reopen at 06:00 GMT on Monday, the agency added.

It encouraged drivers to follow the diverted route that would be signposted to them.
