Sixth of seven stolen Lurcher puppies found
A Lurcher puppy, one of seven stolen from a litter, has been found.
The seven five-week-old puppies were taken from their mother on 28 December at about 23:00 GMT from Shroton, near Blandford Forum, Dorset.
Five puppies have since been recovered and Dorset Police said the sixth puppy was found alone near Ocean Vets in Alderholt and was "safe and well" after being treated for a leg injury.
One last puppy remains missing. Police said: "We remain committed to getting the final puppy home and bringing those involved to justice."
Two puppies were handed in to a veterinary practice in Fordingbridge in Hampshire.
Three were also located by the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team on New Year's Eve.
A 28-year-old man from east Dorset and a woman, 22, from Wimborne, previously arrested on suspicion of burglary have been bailed.
A man aged in his 40s arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods has also been released on police bail.
