Events to mark Armed Forces Day have taken place across the south of England.

The annual occasion, which is held on the last Saturday in June, is a culmination of a week that the army say is a chance to show support for the Armed Forces community.

Over the past week, events involving military personnel were held across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

More than 180 are estimated to have taken place across the UK to mark the occasion, according to the Ministry of Defence.
