Teenager arrested on suspicion of rape

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of rape following an incident in Cleethorpes, Humberside Police said.
The force received a call on Sunday after a woman reported she was attacked by someone walking a dog on a railway footbridge near Harrington Street at about 21:40 GMT.
The teenager was taken into custody on Thursday and has been released on conditional bail while investigations continue.
Humberside Police said it would like to speak to anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage from the area.
Det Ch Insp Karen Rogers said: "We have been carrying out extensive lines of enquiries over the course of the last week. This includes reviewing CCTV footage in the area and conducting house to house enquiries.
"I know this incident will be concerning for our local community. However, I hope the news of this arrest reassures the public that we continue to treat this investigation as a priority."
