Police appeal over woman hit by van on golf course

Officers are appealing for dashcam, doorbell or CCTV footage as they continue to search for the occupants of a van which hit a woman after a police chase.
Police said the woman, in her 60s, remained in a critical condition following the crash on the course at Aston Wood Golf Club in Staffordshire on Friday.
Officers were pursuing a grey Nissan van following reports of suspicious activity when the pedestrian was knocked down.
The force said three men, a driver and two passengers, "ran off" from the scene and remained at large.
"Officers are working hard to trawl through CCTV, speak to witnesses and investigate their movements in order to locate them," said a spokesperson.
They are particularly interested in footage of anyone travelling on foot on nearby Blake Street and Birmingham Road after the incident, the spokesperson added.
Staffordshire Police is working with the West Midlands force to trace the men following the incident, which happened on the border of Staffordshire and Sutton Coldfield.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is investigating West Midlands Police's involvement.
