Watch: Moment bridge explodes in controlled demolition
A bridge next to Rapidan Dam in Minnesota was brought down in a controlled explosion after the structure was severely damaged by flooding in Blue Earth County in June 2024.
The county announced it will also remove the dam, which was eroded by the floods. But the demolition won't be completed until 2028, as they continue to seek federal disaster relief funding.
