Dramatic video shows firefighters tackle heath fire

Dramatic video has been filmed showing firefighters tackling a wildfire.

The footage, filmed by Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service's Wareham Fire Station, shows its crew on the scene at Upton Heath in Poole.

More than 126 acres (51 hectares) were destroyed in the blaze that started shortly before midnight on Wednesday.

The fire at the nature reserve was put out on Thursday by about 20:00 BST - with crews due back on Friday for a reinspection.

The fire service has said the fire was "down to human intervention".
