National Highways says the section of motorway in Surrey is due to reopen at 06:00 GMT on Monday.

Junctions 10 and 11 of the M25 will close from Friday until Monday as part of a £317m project.

All slip roads off junction 10 have been closed and are expected to reopen by Monday morning.

The motorway is due to close between junction 10 and 11 between 7-10 March and 21-24 March.

Work to widen the motorway was due to end in the summer of 2025, but will continue into spring 2026.

Drivers will not be able to leave or join the M25 or A3 at Junction 10 as normal during the closure.

The RHS said the Woking site had 350,000 fewer visitors a year due to large-scale motorway works.

RHS Garden Wisley said since September 2022 there has been an overall 25% reduction in visitors.
