M25 motorway

National Highways says the Cobham road bridge will be closed until Monday morning due to repairs.

The vehicle is spotted with a bonnet that would not fully close and damage to the front.

Drivers are told to use diversions between M25 Junction 10 and Cobham's Painshill Roundabout.

All lanes on the M25 have since reopened but tailbacks of four miles (6.4km) were reported.

The Volkswagen Golf R has only 137 miles (220km) on the clock when it is taken from a newly-qualified driver.

Motorists can drive through the Wisely Interchange, but they can't leave or join the M25 or A3.

Surrey Police said they have received multiple reports of a group throwing stones on to the M25.

National Highways says the 50mph limits are needed to test newly installed safety equipment.
