Two people are in hospital after a serious single-vehicle crash in Cirencester.
Paramedics - including two air ambulances - and police were called to A419 Cirencester Road, near Dobbies Garden Centre, at 10:30 GMT.
Several roads were temporarily closed, including the A429 Bristol Road, the A419 Swindon/Cirencester Road and the turning from Dobbies Garden Centre on the A419, but they have now reopened.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust said the two people were sent to Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
They added that five-double crewed land ambulances were also sent to the scene.
