Plans have been unveiled for two Starbucks drive-through coffee shops and a Burger King at sites in Lincolnshire.

Proposals for a Starbucks at Millbrook Business Park on Lincoln Road, Wragby have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

According to the plans, the location is close to a busy road and would benefit from significant passing trade.

Meanwhile, plans have been submitted for a Starbucks and Burger King on the A151/A16 at the Springfields roundabout on the outskirts of Spalding.

According to the Local Democracy Reporting Service, developer Burney Estates Ltd said the proposed development in Wragby could create up to 20 full and part-time jobs, which would have a "trickledown effect" on other businesses in the area.

It said the development would also provide a valuable community facility, offering much-needed family-friendly meeting spaces.

The proposed scheme includes provisions for 26 car parking spaces, along with a separate motorbike bay and a vehicle waiting bay.

In Spalding, plans have been submitted to South Holland District Council for a Starbucks and Burger King.

The proposed development includes provisions for a total of 39 standard parking spaces, eight electric vehicle parking spaces, four accessible spaces, three waiting bays, and 14 cycle spaces.
