Smokes billows as firefighters tackle a vehicle fire

A blaze which engulfed two vehicles near to a Warwickshire abattoir is being treated as arson, police said.

Fire crews were called to reports of the fire near Glenside Stores in Arley, near Nuneaton, at 02:40 GMT on Monday.

Firefighters fought to tackle the blaze for an hour, the service said.

Detectives were investigating an alleged arson following the fire, a Warwickshire Police spokesperson said.
