Firefighter describes 'buzz' of job in archive film

An 18-year-old Martyn Sadler told the BBC he got a "buzz" out of his new job as a firefighter

In archive footage a firefighter who died in a blaze at an Oxfordshire business park described the "buzz" of his new job.

A BBC South Today film from June 2005 shows Martyn Sadler at 18 years old talking about his new role as a Bicester firefighter.

Mr Sadler, 38, died alongside fellow firefighter Jennie Logan, 30 and father-of-two Dave Chester in a fire that engulfed Bicester Motion site last Thursday evening.

In the footage a young Mr Sadler said he had been preparing to the job since he was 14.
