Six murder suspects released after death of man, 34

Six men arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 34-year-old man have been released on bail.

Ryan Burton died in hospital six days after he was assaulted in Spring Rise Park, in Kettering, Northamptonshire, at about 19:00 GMT on Friday, 10 January.

Four men from Kettering, aged 38, 24, 24 and 22, a 20-year-old from Desborough and a 24-year-old from Rothwell were arrested and were released on bail on Tuesday while inquiries continued.

Northamptonshire Police urged any witnesses to come forward if they can help with their investigations.

A force spokesperson said: "No matter how small or insignificant they believe the information is as any little detail may help piece together what happened around the time of the attack."
