Police appeal to identify man over alleged rape

CCTV images have been released of a man who is wanted in connection with an alleged rape.

The incident happened in Gloucester city centre on Saturday 21 December.

Gloucestershire Police said the man approached a woman who was walking along London Road around 04:00 GMT before allegedly raping her.

Enquiries are ongoing, and police have asked for anyone with more information to contact them directly.
