Boy, 17, dies in motorbike crash with car

A 17-year-old has died in a collision involving his motorcycle and a car.

The yellow Kawasaki motorbike and a grey Vauxhall Insignia crashed in James Callaghan Drive, in Portsmouth, at about 23:00 BST on Friday.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said the rider, from Southampton, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The force also appealed for witnesses, or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage, to get in touch.
