Four arrests as pedestrian hit by car after concert

Four people have been arrested after a 21-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a car.

It happened on Horseshoe Pass, Llangollen, Denbighshire, on Friday at about 23:00 BST.

North Wales Police said the area was "particularly busy" following an Olly Murs concert at nearby Llangollen Pavilion.

The injured man is in a serious condition in hospital.

Sgt Daniel Rees from the Roads Crime Unit, said the force was "keen to speak to anyone who saw an incident involving a pedestrian and a red Vauxhall Corsa".
