Second chance for Torbay discount card sign-up
People have a second chance to sign up for a card which gives them access to discounts and offers for about 100 businesses in Torbay.
Called the My Bay scheme, people aged 16 and older who live in the area can apply for a resident card and discounted parking permit.
Applications are open to residents until 14 February and those awarded the cards are also given £10 worth of free entry to public toilets in Torbay.
Councillor David Thomas, leader of Torbay Council, said it can "help people's money go further while they spend time out and about in our high streets and attractions, helping to support the local economy".
Proof of residence
More than 1,000 people applied for the My Bay early bird offer last year and the scheme went live on 1 January.
There is now a second chance for people who live in Torbay to join to join the My Bay scheme - for membership from 1 April for 12 months.
Applicants must be aged 16 years or over with their primary home in the Torbay Council area and proof of residence is needed.
Applications can made online via the council website and paper application forms are available at the libraries in Torquay, Paignton and Brixham.
There is a £10 fee paid to cover admin costs, but the sign-up fee has been waived for unpaid carers registered with Torbay Carers.
The leader of the council added: "I would urge people to take a look at the savings, offers and discounts, and take advantage of this second chance to join.
"The support from local people has been excellent so far and more businesses are joining all the time, so I expect My Bay to go from strength to strength."
