Plans to install lamp-post electric car chargers

Almost £1.5m will be spent installing electric car chargers across North East Lincolnshire.
The council hopes to fit between 300 and 600 units on street lamps, standalone pedestals and in its car parks.
They will be placed in areas "with little or no opportunity for off-street charging points", the council said.
Funding has been provided by the government's Office for Zero Emission Vehicles.
Councillor Stewart Swinburn, portfolio holder for transport, housing and infrastructure, said: "We are thrilled to have been granted this money and eagerly anticipate the benefits this project will provide.
"Becoming carbon neutral and net zero are key priorities for this council and initiatives such as this one will help us to take great strides forward to reaching these milestones."
