Extra buses put on as thousands gather for festival

Extra buses are being be put on for people attending this week's Lytham Festival in Lancashire.
The event, which runs until Sunday at Lytham Green, will be headlined by legendary singer-songwriter Stevie Wonder.
Blackpool Council has announced plans to run extra buses on its Lytham lines while working with organisers to deliver dedicated "Festival Flyer" and park and ride services.
Jamie Swift, head of service delivery at Blackpool Transport, said: "Tens of thousands of fans from around the country and beyond will be descending on Lytham for this spectacular series of concerts."

"Anyone who uses the regular Lytham lines can also take advantage of a new return ticket for the route, which has been launched in time for the festival and costs just £5.50," she said.
"Tickets for the dedicated Festival Flyer buses can be purchased through the festival website."
Rock band Kings of Leon had been due to open the festival, but had to cancel their appearance in May after lead singer Caleb Followill broke a bone in his heel in a "freak" accident.
Alanis Morissette headlines the event on Friday, Justin Timberlake tops the bill on Saturday and Sunday's closing night will feature dual headline slots from Simple Minds and Texas.
Other acts playing the festival include Corinne Bailey Rae, Jess Glynne, Train, Liz Phair and Cast.
There will also be a special tribute to Welsh musician, songwriter and cancer campaigner Mike Peters of The Alarm.
