Plans for a new apartment block with a shop space on the ground floor have been given the final go-ahead for a street in Wolverhampton.
The project will see 11 apartments and the commercial space built across three storeys in Willenhall Road, Bilston.
Papers submitted to City of Wolverhampton Council show that the building would replace two blocks, which currently contain apartments and shops on the site.
While approving the plans, council officers said the "modern and contemporary" designs were within the scale and size of the surrounding area.
The developer will now have five years to start work on the building.
