Tribute to 'deeply loved' mum shot dead at flats

A 40-year-old mum who was shot dead at a block of flats was "deeply loved by all who knew her", her family have said.
Joanne Penney died after being shot at Green Park in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taf, on Sunday evening.
Police have arrested six people in total on suspicion of murder - one, a 42-year-old man, has since been released without charge while the others remain in police custody.
Paying tribute, Ms Penney's family said they were "devastated by the tragic loss of our beloved Joanne".
"She was a daughter, mother, sister, and niece – loved deeply by all who knew her," the family said in a statement released through South Wales Police.
"Her kindness, strength, and love for her family will never be forgotten."
Ms Penney's family asked for privacy to "grieve and begin to process this unimaginable loss".
Police previously said they were exploring several lines of enquiry, including the possibility that Ms Penney was the victim of mistaken identity.
Det Ch Supt Ceri Hughes added detectives were making "significant progress" with their inquiries.
The force is appealing for anyone with information or video footage from the area around Llys Illtyd or the nearby retail park between 17:30 and 18:30 GMT on Sunday to contact officers.
