Man seriously hurt in 'horrific' nightclub attack
BBCA man has been seriously injured after being attacked in a nightclub on Christmas Day.
The 31-year-old suffered "extensive injuries to his ear", as well as a bite to his leg and a cut to his hand at The Deck on Bath Street in Redcar at about 02:20 GMT, Cleveland Police said.
He is in hospital in a "serious but stable" condition after the "horrific" attack, the force added.
Detectives are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with mobile phone footage to contact them.
