Two men held after three injured in disturbance
Two men have been arrested following a disturbance in Glasgow's west end that left one of them and two other people with serious injuries.
The incident happened at about 01:10 in a building on Blantyre Street, which runs alongside Kelvin Hall opposite Kelvingrove Museum and Galleries - two of Glasgow's biggest landmarks.
Police have closed off Argyle Street between Bunhouse Road and Sauchiehall Street while officers investigate.
A 48-year-old man has been arrested for robbery and a 76-year-old man has been arrested over a serious assault.
Emergency services attended in the early hours and a man and woman, aged 49 and 48, were seriously injured and taken to hospital.
The 76-year-old arrested man was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers remain in the area and drivers are being asked to use alternative routes.
