Police are looking for more information after the man was found unconscious in the street

A man in his 70s was found unconscious in a street with what police described as "serious injuries".

He was found by a member of the public in Holt Road in Langham, Norfolk, just after 20:00 GMT on Thursday.

The man was taken to hospital where he remained in a serious but stable condition.

Det Sgt Mark Tate said Norfolk Police wanted anyone with information, such as dashcam or doorbell footage, to come forward.

"We are trying to piece together the circumstances of how he ended up in this condition," he said.
