Camborne man arrested on suspicion of rape

Police have arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation in Camborne.
Officers were notified on Sunday about reports that a man had sexually assaulted a woman in the Barripper Road and Boundervean Lane area of Camborne.
Officers attended the area, and a police cordon was put in place at the scene while officers carried out further enquiries.
Devon and Cornwall police said a man, in his 20s, from Camborne, had been arrested on suspicion of rape and remained in police custody while enquiries continue.
The victim was being supported by specially trained officers.
Det Ch Insp Steph Blundell from the Major Crime Investigation Team said: "We would like to thank the local community for their assistance and co-operation during this ongoing investigation."
