A man has been charged with rape after a 20-year-old woman was attacked in a beachside public toilet.

Dorset Police was called to Undercliff Drive, Bournemouth, shortly before 02:00 BST on 6 July.

Mohammed Abdullah, 18, from West Drayton, was charged with rape and sexual assault. He is due to appear before Poole magistrates later.

A 31-year-old man from Bournemouth who was arrested on suspicion of rape has now been released without charge, police said.
