Shop staff attacked in Hull robbery

Staff have been attacked during a robbery at a shop in Hull.
Humberside Police said two men wearing face coverings entered Morrisons Daily on Preston Road at about 06:20 GMT on Friday and assaulted two members of staff before stealing boxes of cigarettes.
The men are thought to have fled the scene in the direction of Downing Grove, Exeter Grove or St Johns Grove, police said.
The staff were left shaken by the incident but did not suffer any serious injuries, the force added.
Police said the two men were described as in their late teens to early 20s, between 5ft 8ins (1.73m) and 5ft 10 (1.78m) tall, and of slim build.
They appealed for anyone with information, CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage from around the time of the incident to contact police.
