Sixth person charged after woman shot dead

A sixth person has been charged in connection with the shooting of a 40-year-old woman at a block of flats.
Joanne Penney died following the incident at Green Park in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taf, on 9 March.
Jordan Mills-Smith, 32, from Pentwyn, Cardiff, has been charged with murder, South Wales Police said late on Sunday.
Four other people have already been charged with murder, while a fifth person was charged with assisting an offender.
Mr Mills-Smith was arrested on Friday evening in the Suffolk area, the force said.
The 32-year-old is due to appear at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court on Monday.
"Our team of detectives and specialist staff are continuing to piece together the circumstances behind Joanne's tragic death," Det Ch Supt Ceri Hughes said in a statement.
She urged anyone with any information to come forward.
