Celebrity osteopath voyeurism investigation widens

A celebrity osteopath who has pleaded guilty to three counts of voyeurism is under further police investigation after the discovery of more recording devices, a court has heard.

Torben Hersborg, 63, from east London, has worked with clients including tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and actress Anna Friel, who are not connected to the case.

Hersborg was due to be sentenced at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court for three charges of observing a person doing a private act for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, but the case was adjourned following the latest development.

The court heard police were yet to examine a number of recording devices that were seized on his arrest.

Hersborg previously pleaded guilty to spying on female university students on 10, 14 and 21 December last year.

The court was told Hersborg had agreed to assist officers with their investigations, and he is due to appear before magistrates again on 30 January.

He has been remanded in custody.
